The three-month Lean Green Belt Certification program dives deeply into a broad range of proven basic and advanced lean process improvement principles. The program begins with one week of dynamic, interactive classroom learning, which includes plant tours to demonstrate course theories in action. Students develop lean improvement projects that apply classroom learning to real-life challenges in their own workplaces. Over the next eight weeks, with hands-on support, advice, and coaching from their Definity Partners mentors, the students implement their projects. The course concludes with another week in the classroom where projects are presented, critiqued, and evaluated and ROI is calculated.

Designed for Lean Green Belt graduates who demonstrate the energy and potential to continue driving lean initiatives in their organizations, Green Belt All Stars provides advanced education in lean tools and project management. In addition to two week of classroom training and tool exposure, All Stars implement and manage a lean project with in-depth coaching assistance from a Definity Partners mentor. Upon completing the program, All Stars are expected to teach key concepts to their teams.

For organizations implementing the Six Sigma process improvement methodology, we offer Yellow and Green Belt Six Sigma Certification training for the members of the Six Sigma project team. Our programs focus on teaching the skills identified in the International Association of Six Sigma Certification Body of Knowledge for Yellow Belts/Green Belts and uses SigmaXL software to support all statistical exercises and case studies.

Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification

For beginners with Six Sigma, our one-week Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification program offers an overview of the Six Sigma methodology as well as basic training in Six Sigma tools.

Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Associates who complete the Yellow Belt training can participate in the Six Sigma Green Belt Certification program. This one-week course requires participants to complete a process improvement project and pass a hands-on exam to become Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Graduates will be able to participate in and lead Six Sigma variation reduction project teams.
