Understand and apply the principles of process improvement.
Attendees of our Lean Certification programs not only learn lean processes; they apply them in your business, making substantial bottom-line impacts that more than pay for the course many times over.
The Definity Partners Lean Certification programs are designed for managers, supervisors, and other leaders in your organization that you want to motivate and empower to drive real changes in your business. These programs focus not only on imparting a thorough understanding of core business improvement principles, but also on giving participants real-world experience in applying the principles. As part of each course, participants lead projects that use the techniques they’ve learned to address real challenges within their own workplace environments.
After successfully completing a lean certification program, participants will be certified as experts in lean principles. They will have the confidence and skills to be better project managers and leaders. And they will have the tools and enthusiasm to tackle new challenges, identify and eliminate waste, and drive efficiencies while training and motivating others to do the same. Perhaps most importantly, program graduates will already have created a bottom line impact. On average, our students’ lean improvement projects result in annualized savings of over $193,000. And in some All Star cases, millions.
